Business Identity Questionnaire

Here is a sample of questions that 360 WEB DESIGNS may ask when reviewing your brand. Your business identity should reflect the company values from top to bottom; from text content to social media hashtags. Taking the time to really dig down deep and pull out the core philosophy will reveal valuable information for forming a company mission statement.

  1. Why are you creating/changing your business name?
  2. What words do you best associated with what you want your business services to be five years down the road?
  3. Make a strong list of 5-7 adjectives that describe how you want customers to view your company. For example, Apple wanted to come brand a different message than their competitors IBM and NEC, and by using the name Apple, they projected warm and approachable.
  4. What are your favorite 3 colors? Be specific and show examples so we can see the level of saturation and the hue.
  5. Show us 3 logos that you think the colors relate well for your business and tell us why you connect with each one.
