During this beginning phase, we get to know you and your business, its operating philosophy, current marketing strategy, and vision for the future. Through our conversations, we gain an informed understanding of each facet of your web project, putting forward clarity, efficacy, and a detailed plan.

For our team, this stage is the fun part! It generally consists of rounding out the design concept and content strategy. Here, we get to work on your web page mock ups, custom designing for your brand, its existing and/or potential users, and text and image library.

Shortly after mockup approval, we get to work turning your prototypes into the real deal. We review each page for its design, readability, usability, and consistency, ensuring all aspects of your web project—both important and minor—are signed, sealed, and delivered.

During the last week or two of our collaboration, we conduct final checks and make sure all elements are in place. With your unanimous approval, we hit the go button on your website deployment! Hooray! 

During the fifth and final stage of the project, we train our clients that want to know how to update content and perform basic functions, to do just that. No technical expertise needed!
