In 1963, Joseph Fitzpatrick began refurbishing and building exceptional homes throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, and that’s how our company’s foundation of excellence became firmly fixed in the area. Those first projects naturally led to new expertise in various construction services, from apartment, condo, and commercial development to general contracting. Joseph’s son, Dennis Fitzpatrick, assumed daily operations in 1993 and still leads all three company entities UC Construction, UC Framing Corp. and Fitzpatrick Homes.

As a framing company, they are hired by home building companies to perform the framing portion of each home with precision and expertise. Their requirement to us was to build them a custom website and write their content to professionally deliver their companies values and services. Even though they work with many general contractors, their new website also needed to introduce and vet them to potential new clients. To accomplish these tasks, our design and writing teams and project managers spent a lot of time with the owner of UC Construction and his two marketing companies to fully understand the messaging, delivery of their services and clientele needs in order to achieve their goals with a stylish and informative website.
