THE CHALLENGE

Parents needed a way to schedule rides for their kids that felt more personal than Uber, but more structured than carpools. The brand wanted to emphasize safety and community while creating a seamless digital experience from sign-up to ride scheduling. The site also had to feel friendly and female-forward, use only illustrations (no stock photography), and support a membership/login + scheduling workflow that didn’t look like a WordPress admin screen.
